Standardising Enterprise Learning for Artificial Intelligence

Enterprises increasingly adapt AI to their internal knowledge and processes, but there is no standard for how an organisation's knowledge should be structured, governed, and taught to AI. Without a standard, every team trains and prompts AI differently, producing inconsistent, unverifiable, and unrepeatable behaviour across the same organisation.

How should enterprise learning for AI be standardised so that AI systems inherit consistent, governed, and verifiable organisational knowledge rather than ad-hoc, fragmented assumptions?

This research sits within the AI Learning Standardisation component of the Enterprise AI Framework. The discipline holds that organisational learning must be human-governed and standardised before AI can be relied upon to execute consistently. The standard must define what AI is taught, who governs the teaching, and how it remains consistent across systems and editions.
